HELP! RBS 2019 problem with Intel 620 driver

I have a 2019 razer blade stealth mx150 model. Out of the blue my laptops started to become stuttery and unusable which I've been able to narrow down to the Intel 620 display driver. When I revert it to the Microsoft basic display driver the computer works perfectly but as soon as it updates the laptop is literally unusable. I've tried the installing driver direct from the razer website, fresh Windows installs, the lot. please any ideas this is driving me crazy.

    You will want to install iGPU drivers using Intel's DSA. You can download it from here. Send me the serial number of the laptop if the problem persists. I'll take it from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
