Hello, I'm attempting to start a return or exchange for a controller I bought from the Razor online store (Kishi V3) that does not fit the item I bought it for (Legion Tab Gen 3). I want to either return the V3 and purchase the V3 Pro, or else exchange the V3 for the V3 Pro and pay the difference. I also just PM'd the RazerCustAdvocacy Reddit account with further details.
When I try to go to the return page (https://returns.narvar.com/razer/returns) and I enter my order number copy/pasted straight from my initial order confirmation email along with my email address, I get an error saying order can't be found, but the information I have is correct. So I've turned here for some assistance, please and thank you!
