I just received my laptop from Razer repairs due to a failed motherboard. The computer turned on and works now, however it did not save any of my data or downloaded apps or anything like that. Even Windows is not activated anymore and will not work. I tried to do a Razer Recovery Image upload and that did not do anything either. Please help, will I lose everything that was on my old laptop? Do I have to buy another Windows product key? How can I recover my old UI before the repair?
