every now and then, seemingly randomly, synapse 3 will delete all my profiles and everything. The only way to fix it is to restart it, but it just happens again. Its really annoying. I have reinstalled everything and it still happens????

    There is a good chance that you have a corrupted cloud-saved profile. For now, please test if the problem persists even when using another Razer ID.
