Help with activation code

Hi, I have a razer baracuda x and have not activated 7.1 surround sound, but I can't find my box where the code is supposed to be because I didn't know that such a code was needed. I've looked everywhere for support but no one has helped. It says that I should have received the code to my email but nothing has come. I've looked everywhere for an email to email Support but can't find it anywhere, please help me before I go crazy.

Please make sure to register your headset to your Razer account. After successfully registering your Razer Barracuda X, you should receive an activation code to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound. Please refer to this link to check your device's serial number. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and the email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify the information in our system.
