Help with activation code for kraken V3 X

Hi, recently I got Kraken V3 X headset as a present, I tried registrate it on your page couple of times but it always shows me error and cant registrate it to get the activation code for 7.1 surround sound to use it. I have the receipt and original box with all the papers, please help

    Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
    • Name
    • S/N
    • P/N
    • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
    • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
    Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
