Help with Bad AIO support website is broken

I purchased a AIO and have been having issue from day one. Tried the support website. fill the form with the serial number and it says its covered. But nothing happens after hitting submit. The cable has been bad from day one, if not positioned in a specific way to the SATA power cable it don't work right. I can provide serial number upon request.
