Help with Barracuda X dongle pairing | Razer Insider

Yeah, so I waited months for these dongles to come back in stock. It finally arrives around Christmas, so I hurry up to see if I can get my headphones working again. NOPE! Stuck at step 4 in the pairing process. My headphones are blinking blue signifying the pairing process, and the dongle is being picked up on by the computer, but they simply REFUSE to connect. I have tried so many things over the course of two hours trying to get this to work. Everything from updating and uninstalling every software, driver, updates, etc… Tried different things with the headset to get it to pair as well… nothing. I am honestly furious with this product. Is there any help out there? I have gone through several dozens of forums on several websites and there isn’t anywhere close to a fix to be found.

I have exactly the same problem, impossible to pass step 4, personally, I asked on the discord razer, support but so far no news

Yay! Nothing like baiting sales for products that dont work! Especially when all they do is close every single thread into a “PM” without a solution! Great products and support alike!
