HELP WITH BLACK SHARK V3

I bought a Black Shark V3 less than two months ago and it's already having issues. It's hard to explain, but it's like I can't use the microphone — whenever I try, the audio starts glitching, and suddenly everything I hear becomes distorted and the volume goes up and down. Sometimes, the sound just stops completely and then fades back in slowly, until it reaches a point where it doesn’t fade in anymore. At that point, it seems like the headset is trying to reconnect to the audio deck or something, and it puts so much strain on the PC that everything starts lagging and stops loading.

When I don’t use the microphone, everything works fine. Right now, for example, the mic is plugged in but no audio is coming through from it — and I can still hear everything else normally
