I bought this headphones a year ago, during operation almost a month later the wire that was in the type-c charging kit broke, after a while the volume control is triggered, my last drop was after which I decided to write to support, so the plastic burst in 2 places and I don't know where to get spare parts to replace the burst ones (in the places where the speakers are held) help as much as you can
