I purchased a Razer Blade 15 Base Model in 2020. Approximately six months ago, I began experiencing intermittent screen blackouts. These blackouts typically last between 45 and 60 seconds and occur while I am using the laptop for various purposes, including gaming, watching movies, and working on documents.
Despite attempting to update and reinstall the drivers, the issue persists. I would appreciate any guidance or support that may be available to assist me in resolving this problem.
