Help with my Basilisk v3

My Basilisk v3 suddenly stopped working. base model basilisk. The mouse worked great before and nothing happened to cause it but suddenly the sensor stopped working. however if i uninstall / end task razer synapse the mouse works again. everything about it. but once the mouse is connected to synapse it all stops working the rgb stays on in the mouse but it doesn’t work.

I tried unplugging replugging and the mouse works then i hear a click and then it stops. 
I’ve tried factory resetting on the synapse app yet nothing changed. I completely uninstalled synapse using revo uninstaller then the mouse worked. then i reinstalled it and the mouse stopped again. Restarting between everything.

Hey ​@Excalidus,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
