I bought a product today on the official website, and the money has been charged, but I haven't received the order ID in my email. What should I do? How long should I wait?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Peripherals," and finally enter your device's serial number.
