Help with my Razer Kaira Pro wireless gaming headset

My Razer Kaira Pro wireless gaming headset is not working? It shows up as though I'm talking but nothing is coming out and the audio that is coming out is blurred. Nobody can understand what I'm saying or hear me. But I can hear others and my the normal inputs that the xbox sounds as your clicking through But still it show up like im talking normally with nothing coming out, Please help anyone these head phones haven't even been used that long amd my user is Octo3456, so if anyone is willing to help thatd be great!
