I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X . When I try to register to my account on the registration website to get the 7.1 Surround Sound code, it's says that "this device has been already registered" . What can I do?

Did you purchase the device brand new? You can also PM me the photo of your headset serial number and proof of purcahse for me to verify. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
