help with razer barracuda pro

My razer barracuda pro has been randomly turning off and or acting like it's getting alot of interference with its sound output Bluetooth wise. the headset is turning off frequently every 30 minutes to an hour and is not playing any audio when it stops playing it for about 1-2 seconds at the least or 30 seconds to a minute at the most. I've tried contacting Razer support but anytime I send a followup email I just get an automated one back saying I never responded. please help
