Help with Razer Blade 15 Memory Upgrade

Hi guys, Recently I bought a Crucial memory from their webpage where it stated it is compatible with my laptop, however after the upgrade and after working a couple of minutes, Windows got freeze and a shutdown is required. When this happen the next load does not work and it got stuck on the initial Windows load screen. I tried to repair the boot, but the whole process keeps repeating, so a couple of minutes, it got freeze and again; if I remove the memory and put the old one everything start working again... I reached support on Reddit where they confirmed that probably is not fully compatible, gladly and I'm still in warranty time so I will return the memory, and here goes the question: - Which one is good option to upgrade my laptop, in this case to 64gb? I asked support on reddit but they said are not authorized to suggest any brand. - Has anyone upgrade his RAM to the max? which brand and model is good for this? This is my Laptop Model so anyone can give me a real recommendation, I don't want to buy again to find is not compatible : / RZ09-03018E02 Razer Blade 15 (2019) - Advanced
