Hey all, I have a Razer Pro Click that has suddenly died. It won't power on or charge, and none of the LEDs on the mouse light up. I was on the Razer Support site to fill out a support request but the site said that my mouse's S/N cannot be located in the system. What does this mean?

This happened to me before I had registered it. After registration is was located within the warranty search system.
