Help with Razer Surround
Guys, I'm having some trouble with the new Razer Surround software.
A few years ago I bought a Razer Kraken Pro Neon Red Gaming headset and downloaded the Razer Synapse 2.0 with the Surround software, I registered my product code and activated all software functionality.
But today, when I downloaded the new Razer Synapse and logged in with my account that has my Kraken registered, I get the message that I have to register a Razer product to activate the program. In the meantime I ended up losing the box containing my Kraken info, how can I proceed in this situation? will i really have to buy another product?
