Help with Surround App please | Razer Insider

Today I formatted my computer, and went to install the surround app. But I don't know why it is not working properly. I can't calibrate the headphones, I can't seem to access anything in the software. I used it before formatting and it worked just normal. See the pictures and see what it looks like, I don't have access to nothing but it, tried reinstalling it, didn't work. It finishes the install, asks if I want to open the app, ask for me to log in and then nothing, I can't do nothing.







(Yes, I have a registered product. It's a Kraken, the one in the screenshot below.)

Are you referring to the Razer 7.1 Surround sound app? The app requires Windows 10 64-bit OS or later. Since you just reformatted your PC, make sure to install all the Windows OS updates.
