HELPP! My New Razer Blackshark V2X Already Registered even though I just bought it from Authorized Seller

Hi I'm having problem, I cant activate my Razer BlackShark V2X even though i just bought it on official authorized Razer Seller on E-Commerce, i cannot registered this product code because it says that it's already been activated. This is the Proof its bought new (sorry its on indonesia mind to use translator)

Also, I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed since November 28, 2022. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
