my razer hunstman keys not working "S-D"

I've tried to update frimwar and clened and even switched the swtitches but nothing worked...

any help please ?

Oh my! I hope that those keys were not forcedly removed. By the way, was there any incident that occurred before unplugging both keys? Please perform the steps from this article and see if it helps.
