Hhamerhead V3 x Hyperspeed - Disconnection from PS5

Good morning 

I recently received my Hammerhead V3 x Hyperspeed headphones that I use on my PS5 (the box is plugged in as a dongle). 

Until yesterday, everything was working but this evening I have a problem: I no longer have sound. When I tap the earbud 3 times to switch from Bluetooth to Hyperspeed, I have the game sound for half a second and then no sound.

In the PS5 settings, I switched all audio to headphones that display as connected. I have battery in the headphones since the box lights green.

Could anyone help me and explain how to fix this?

The issue is likely a failure of the 2.4GHz HyperSpeed connection to solidify, causing the headset to revert to a "disconnected" state despite the PS5 showing it as active. This is often caused by a firmware mismatch, pairing disruption, or interference.
