when i try to register my product in razer website, i cant because “the serial number is wrong”, and also “the product nomber is wrong”, but the mouse looks real enough for me.
is my mouse fake? or maybe razers database is out of date? because i recently bought it at normal prize.
and also razer synapse doesnt recognize it and neither the firmware updster does it
