Is there any ways to fix my viper v3 pro form not charging. It’s brand new but didn’t charge after unboxing It. I have tried all the suggested options but none of them worked.

Let me help you with your mouse. Can you charge your mouse on the other USB ports on your computer? Please also try testing another cable to see if it behaves the same way. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the charging issue?
