Hi All,
Recently I bought RAZER BASILISK ULTIMATE and RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 PRO. I'm facing HID-Compliant Mouse issues when I plug in 2.4g Dongle Keyboard transceiver. As I have shown below.
Troubleshoot:
- uninstall and reinstall
- check windows update
- Razer Software updated
- Download and install but no changes (HID\\VID_1532&PID_025C&REV_0100&MI_01&Col02)
** keyboard and mouse function working fine.

Are you using one dongle as a transceiver for both devices, or are you using the dongles they came with? For now, perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide. I will also need you to send me the serial numbers. I can use those to verify the models and give you pairing utilities to recalibrate the wireless connections. By the way, do you get the same results when one of the devices is on wired mode?
