I have a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed White Edition mouse that I purchased in Dec 2025 and battery only last 4-6 days. My other mouse that I have had for approx a year (same but in Black) I likely only replace every few months, if that often. Both are running on BT. I checked the firmware updater, connected to BT it comes back with no updates. I tried connecting via the USB Dongle and while the mouse works it does not let me move past the connect screen.
I think I may be in need of some official help.
