Hello, I purchased a Razer Blade 15 Razer CH580 in 2022. Initially, I had no issues, the laptop was working fine. However, a few days ago, the computer started shutting down out of nowhere while in suspension. Upon checking the temperatures, I found that the processor temperatures are very high. Currently, I can't even use the laptop for basic tasks because it overheats, even though the task manager shows 0% GPU usage and no more than 10% CPU usage. I want to know if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows how to fix it. I'm very upset because it was very expensive and the laptop only lasted about a year. If this is an issue with this specific unit, is there any way to fix it even if I have to pay because the warranty has expired?
