I have recently gotten horizontal lines running across the bottom of my screen. I have tried restarting my laptop, changing resolutions, and updating graphics, but nothing has worked.
Did you already try connecting an external monitor for further isolation? I also recommend you follow the troubleshooting steps here for fixing lines showing on the screen of your laptop. Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and start a case to raise your concern with the RMA Team for a repair request.
