My mouse Razer Viper 8Khz was working fine for like the first 2 months but later it started to have problems with scroll wheel, so I did some research and found out that it's a common problem with that mouse which is fine bcs the mouse is truly amazing. I wanted to send my mouse for warranty and I found out that Acro handles Razer warranty in India. I applied for warranty claim and it was accepted quickly. I sent my mouse to them as they instructed. But now it has been 1 week and I haven't received any update via Email as they said. I tried calling them but it's either busy or they don't reply. Razer pls help me bcs I don't wanna buy new mouse. And I can't do anything on my computer bcs I don't have a extra mouse. Razer I absolutely love your products but Acro is not good I have seen alot of cases like mine. Please help if you can
