My headphones came with a voucher promotional code for 5 gold coins that expired on 12/31/2022. I redeemed the code in November 2022 and tried to make a purchase on the final day of the year. Their website prematurely removed my Gold coins prior to the day ending. I contacted customer service to reinstate the gold coins, but they refused to after their "higher" management team took over two weeks to solve them problem. It bewilders me how a simple problem has a simple solution that multiple people can't figure out, especially when I provided them with all the evidence (e.g. original receipt and voucher card). Razer would rather lose a lot of money from me as a customer than reinstate 5 gold coins worth about $5 dollars. How silly is that. I CANNOT RECOMMEND RAZER PRODUCTS TO ANYONE AND WILL RETURN MY PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
