I want to register my product but I can't because whenever I enter P/N or S/N it says UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER
Please double-check similar characters such as:

"I" and "1"

"O" and "0

    Where did you get it? Do you have some photos of it (from top and bottom view, connected to the PC)?

    DeathAdder Chroma is not produced since years, and there A LOT of fake products online.
