I recently received the fireflyV2. I came damaged so I want a new one that is in perfect condition. I tried to reach out using the razer care system. They said they would transfer my request to the appropriate channels but no one has contacted me. What can I do?

Did you get a ticket number at the very least? If so, please send that to me, along with the serial number. That way, I can check what's causing the holdup and help you submit a warranty claim if necessary.
