How can I receive activation code for 7.1 surround sound?

Although I registered my Blackshark V3, I couldn’t receive activation code for 7.1 surround sound. What should I do to receive the code?

So firstly do you only have the BlackShark V3, or BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed?

Because the BlackShark V3 doesn’t come with a 7.1 surround sound code. It uses THX Spatial audio, which is already built in to Razer Synapse.
