How can i turn on the led of charging dock when pc turn off?

I set my charging dock can work when pc turn off. But there’s no led on the dock even it can charge the mouse. Is it normal or wrong with my dock?

    Please go to the accessory tab in your Razer Synapse 3.0 and ensure that there's no checkmark on the switch-off lighting, which is a power-saving option that will allow you to enable/disable your device's lighting in response to your system display turning off and/or automatically power down when your Razer Charging Dock has been idle.
