How can the software be this bad?

All I want is being able to change the colour of my Combined €200 mouse and keyboard I bought from razer. This can be done with an Extremely simple app just for that purpose. But no, I have to download 3 apps, give acces to my entire pc, and occasionally wait and hour or more for updates (another one currently in progress). Can't they just make an optional different app for all the other bs. And just give me one simple app to change the lighting in my devices(the only thing 95% of people want to use razer software for. And the reason I paid them €200. I'm honestly just amazed how bad this has been over the years and just want to let them know how hard they've failed at the one important piece of software they need to create.
