how come pick up is only offering california location?

I signed up to use the 10 dollars off my purchase to get the Razer BlackWidow V4Pro white and just go pick it up at the Razer store near me in Austin Tx.

but when it gets to the shipping between delivery and pick up at store the only option I get is Sacramento California nowhere near me. 
and I checked it multiple times on multiple devices .

Found your post because this is happening to me, too. I want to pick up at my nearest store, but the order form only has one pickup option much farther away. There's no way to select the closer store. I wonder how many orders they missed over the past year because of this?
