How do I change my phone number? The old phone number is no longer active.

I registered with my old number, but unfortunately that number is no longer active, and I'm using the Razer Gold in my account.I can't make in-game purchases. I want to buy UCE for PUBG using Razer Gold, but the code is being sent to my old number because I registered with it. In short, I want to update my number.
