I purchased a Razer Naga 2012 several years ago and registered my product with a Gmail account.



The problem is that I haven't used that e-mail account for anything but the Razer account and the lack of activity signing in to that Gmail account has had me locked out of it.



I don't know if Razer Synapse requires me to sign in to get updates for my mouse, so I was interested in keeping my email address updated with my Razer account.



I can sign in to my Razer account on Razer's webpage and can see my account information, but when I try to change the email address on record, it keeps sending a confirmation code to my locked out email address (which I can't get to).



I opened a ticked with Razer support over a month ago, and updated the ticket each week with a "still interested in help" comment, but there's been no response yet.

Any ideas on if it's possible to update one's Razer account with a new email address when they are locked out of their original email address on record?



Or...anybody know if we need to log in to Razer Synapse to get firmware updates (like if I ever locked out of my Razer account or Synapse?

In case the e-mail related question was too tough a question to answer in this forum (like only Razer's Customer Support knows the answer), do we need to be logged in to Razer Synapse in order to download firmware (or software) updates?
