How do I completely REMOVE cortex? | Razer Insider

I want to remove cortex/Gamemanagerservice3 because all it does is cause errors! How to I get rid of this component?

FYI.. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling Razer software has solved this issue other then completely uninstalling all Razer software off my system.  However I want Synape! I want t ocontrol the RGB on my Razer keyboard otherwise why have a RGB Razer keyboard?

I’ve got the same error! anyone any solution?
