How do I contact live chat or submit a ticket -- issue with promo code

Hi, I couldn’t find help for my specific question on the support pages, and was trying to see where I could either submit a ticket or contact live chat.

I received a discount (birthday) code in my email, but it doesn’t work when put in the promo code area. It also doesn’t go in the gift card area because there’s no security code associated. Trying to reach support to see if this can be resolved.
