I've been having a problem with my mouse for over 2 months but I haven't been able to contact support in Brazil.
The email address provided on the Razer Brazil website no longer works. I tried sending a message to that email address, but the response was: “The partnership between Grupo Multilaser and Razer has ended, and in order to continue receiving support for Razer products, the request must be made directly through Razer’s official support.”
And I don't know what else to do since all the other ways to contact support are only for support outside of Brazil.
