I have been all over the Razer website and I cannot find an email or phone number to contact them. I need to speak to a human being. Why is that such a problem?

My actual problem is that I placed an order but it has yet to arrive. Tracking number doesn’t work and it the tracking info on the razer site hasn’t been updated since the 18th.
