How do I create a macro to cycle through my macros?

I have a macro on my mouse which when I hold the scroll button down it will move the cursor down slowly to reduce my recoil in Warzone (yes I know its a bit scummy). I have multiple macros which pull down at different speeds and was wondering if I could create a separate macro on my keyboard that would cycle through the macros and automatically assign it to the scroll button. It would also need to make the macro run while scroll button is held down not the play once option. Would this be possible? I have Razer Huntsman Mini and Razer Deathadder Essential.
