I don’t reboot often these days … so i have ignored it for some years time.
But recently, it had gotten so annoying i began to troubleshoot this.
Nothing worked until, out of exasperation (and understanding razer software has caused other issues), i exited chroma/razer software before rebooting or shutting down to test.
And BINGO! Each time i turned off razer synapse 1st ...my shutting down time shrank by 1 minute.
I have now gone from synapse 3 to synapse 4 with no change in behaviour.
So my questions are … what is razer doing while trying to shutdown to then restart the PC (or turn it off)?
And, more importantly, how do i fix this behaviour??
(while closing the current win 11 session … there is no error message nor any message that says waiting for anything to close down).
(I use razer synapse 4 [and chroma] for a viper mouse and blackwidow elite keyboard.)
