I bought a few months back a Razer Kraken Tournament Headset. Today for some odd reason the mic fell apart. the wire is still in tact but the cover is still quite loose and if it is moved to put it away it makes the mic act up when I test it out on discord. Should I contact razer on this issue since it is still under warranty? Do I have to pay extra to get it fixed?
