How do I get a replacement dongle?

I bought a pair of second-hand Razer BlackShark V3s (so, naturally, they aren't covered by warranty). They didn't come with their dongle. I’m really enjoying them—the microphone is super clear—but it’s a huge pain that the dongle is missing. They work fine via Bluetooth with my phone, but for some reason, the sound gets distorted when I play competitive games; I have to plug them in to get the sound right again. I read that this doesn't happen when using the 2.4 GHz dongle, so I’m looking into how I can get one. I’m from Paraguay, and I’ve always been loyal to this brand because their products tend to last a long time—I really want to take full advantage of the 70-hour battery life on my BlackSharks. Could anyone help me out?
