how do i get my fn keys to work ?

I bought a brand new keyboard Ornata v3 X and it works except my fn keys, I’ve reset, deleted drivers, updated drivers etc can’t get the keys to work I just want to b able to control my volume keys Easier and adjust my RGB light brightness easier when I want to, I connected my old crappy keyboard and it works fine but when I connect my brand new ornata out of the box it won’t work I’ve been at this for hours any help please ?
