How do I get my surround sound activation key when I have a registered product.

Right, to begin with, I have the RAZER KRAKEN PRO V2 - OVAL EAR CUSHIONS, I recently read an article where it said that these headphones supported 7.1 surround sound, so I downloaded it. The problem is, I don't know where the activation key is, and I have long since lost the box and the purchase details, but I do have it registered on my Razer ID > https://imgur.com/ZiN0xt7. I've searched my emails and the spam folders. So how do I get my activation code while only having the product registered on Razer ID? Or does the pro v2 even support this program?
