Long story short, I bought a Razer Blade 17 half a year ago, and the screen started to behave really weird. With flickering at really random intervals and glitches on the screen. So I did what any normal person would think they should do, and contact customer support and ask for repair. Here’s the timeline of the events:

-9 March- contact support and get RMA approved
-10 March- laptop was dropped at FedEX for repair
-14 March- laptop arrives at repair center
-16 March- I am contacted back, for more details regarding the issue, I describe in detail everything I was doing, and how to reproduce the issue, mind you, the issue was triggered randomly around 10 times during 4 days, with 3 of the incidents recorded on video and a few photos, that were send as proof
-22 March- I inquire about the status of the repair, but I get no reply for days
-28 March- I call Razer support again, to ask about the status. The lady says there’s nothing she can do, she is at the “mercy” of the repair technicians, who will contact her only when THEY SO DESIRE, and I must wait patiently for the “gods” themselves to give an answer back regarding the status of my laptop, which, just to remind you, has been in their hands for 12 business days already, not 3 as it is stated in their repair disclaimer. I asked for a time interval to wait, and she said 24h.. and so I did..
-29 March- I call back after the 24h, just to encounter the same lady as the previous day.. again, I'm met with the same response, there's nothing she can do more, the case was sent to a "higher-up" and we have to, you guessed it, WAIT AGAIN, for their response..
-4 April- here I am again.. no response from anyone, for how many days, I've lost track.. today writing on Razer Forums, after waiting as instructed, because guess what, they modified their website to be unable to Chat and have been on the phone line (had the number since previous days, because it’s not even displayed on the website anymore) for almost 2 hours, but call disconnects every 10 minutes, so not sure what queue will I ever be in if it keeps hanging up for no reason..

So tell me, please, what even is this, Razer?! Why nobody can provide me with any answer?! Why are my emails ignored for days? Why is the “repair promise” is already due date???
This is my last attempt before taking this to social media and proceeding with legal actions..
